Recently, I e-mailed the membership a copy of our new drill sheet in Word format. It is my hope that each of you will submit at least one drill to be included in the association drill book. I believe that, once developed, our drill book will prove to be a valuable resource to each of us as we work to enhance the training provided to the officers we are entrusted to train.
